There are three Aurora Concierge status levels available – Silver, Gold and Diamond. Each offers exclusive privileges available only to Aurora Concierge members.

Aurora Concierge Silver

If you’re a member of our Aurora Rewards program and travel with Canadian North on just 12 eligible one-way flights1 or earn 12,000 qualifying Aurora Rewards points2 during a calendar year (between January 1 and December 31), you’ll be rewarded with Aurora Concierge Silver status for the following year.
With it, you’ll enjoy perks such as an enhanced checked baggage allowance, priority security line access at Edmonton and Ottawa International Airports and complimentary inflight drinks.
You’ll also receive an extra 5% Aurora Rewards bonus points3 with the Canadian North flights you book.

Aurora Concierge Gold

If you travel with us on 18 eligible one-way flights1 or earn 20,000 qualifying Aurora Rewards points2 during a calendar year, you’ll achieve Aurora Concierge Gold status for the following year.
With this status, you will receive all of the benefits as Silver members, as well as additional perks such as priority boarding and check in, waived change fees, and exclusive travel offers.
You’ll also receive an extra 10% Aurora Rewards bonus points3 with the Canadian North flights you book

Aurora Concierge Diamond

If you travel with us on 30 eligible one-way flights1 or earn 30,000 qualifying Aurora Rewards points2 during a calendar year, you’ll achieve Aurora Concierge Diamond status during the following year, our top level.
In addition to enjoying the same perks as Silver and Gold members, you’ll be invited to exclusive member events and will receive a special gift each year as appreciation for choosing to travel with us so often.
You’ll also receive an extra 15% Aurora Rewards bonus points3 with the Canadian North flights you book.

How do I register for Aurora Concierge?

It’s as simple as signing up for our Aurora Rewards program, if you haven’t already done so. Whenever you book with Canadian North and provide your Aurora Rewards member number, we’ll track your flights and will let you know when you qualify for one of the Aurora Concierge status levels.
The qualification period for Aurora Concierge is from January 1 to December 31 each year. Your benefits will apply the year after qualification and will be effective from April 1 to March 31 of the following year. The points you collect as an Aurora Rewards member can of course also be redeemed for free Canadian North flights and a great selection of merchandise.
