Welcome to the Aurora Rewards program, designed for you, the Seriously Northern traveller. Whether you’re travelling on company time or your own, you can earn points on flights booked with Canadian North* or with transactions made by you with Authorized Aurora Rewards Partners. These points can be redeemed for travel to the destination of your choice in our network, or, for gift cards and merchandise.
We are also pleased to offer exclusive perks and privileges to our most frequent fliers through our Aurora Concierge program. These benefits are designed to make travelling easier and more rewarding. Our first tier starts at only 12 Qualifying Segments**, or 12,000 Qualifying Points**. So sign-up and start flying to earn seriously rewarding benefits. You can view the latest program information online at www.AuroraRewards.com.
Provide your Aurora Rewards number at the time of booking or check-in for each flight. The name on the reservation must match the name on the Aurora Rewards account for points to be credited.
Members will earn Aurora Rewards points based on the miles flown for non-stop or direct flights (segments) based on the distance between the origin and the destination, multiplied by the applicable fare class calculation from the booking code, as indicated on your ticket. A Qualifying Segment is defined as a single flight number starting in one community/city and ending in another, not including stops enroute.
A minimum mileage of 500 will be used to calculate the percentage of points earned according to the booking code, when travel is less than 500 miles.
On connecting flights that require a change of plane and flight number, points credited will be calculated based upon the distance from origin to destination for each segment of the trip. Canadian North reserves the right to limit credit for an itinerary to the flight segments listed on your ticket.
Upon request at the time of enrollment, points will also be awarded for travel flown up to 30 days prior to enrollment.
The following flight numbers are eligible for the collection of Aurora Rewards Points provided they are booked in an Eligible Fare –
